Popcorn

Popcorn is my favourite snack! For the amount you can eat it’s relatively low in carbs!

I actually make this in bulk and measure it out so that I have bags of 20 grams. This way I can measure track my macros!

20g of air popped popcorn works out to be 15.6g of Carbs, 1g of Fat and 2.6g of Protein.
